Canadian Poultry and Egg Processors Council is proud to announce its new brand identity as Canadian Poultry & Egg Processors (CPEP). The change is a part of CPEP's larger efforts to modernize and refresh its organization's look and feel, and represent Canada’s progressive and evolving poultry and egg processing industry.
CPEP is the national association representing the interests of turkey processors, chicken processors, further poultry processors, hatcheries, and egg processors across Canada. As the industry has grown and evolved, so too has the organization and its mandate following mergers with the Further Poultry Processors Association of Canada and Canadian Hatcheries Federation in recent years. A name change and new identity is a natural evolution of the organization's brand.
The new brand provides a fresh, innovative, and forward-looking identity for an organization with a long history in supporting Canada’s poultry and egg processing industries.
"We are excited about the future of CPEP and our industry," said CPEP's President and CEO, Mark Hubert. "The rebranding initiative is a significant step towards enhancing our organization's visibility, credibility and relevance in today's rapidly changing business environment. We look forward to continuing to provide advocacy leadership on key issues affecting the poultry and egg processing industry in Canada."
The rebranding supports the organization's new strategic plan, which includes an increased focus on public communications and government outreach to promote the industry’s work in providing Canadians with safe and nutritious food.
